Faith Themed Series Releases New Installment- From Filmmaker De Miller Comes - "Twin Tales - Volume 3 - Cover Up"

Does God’s grace know no bounds? That question didn’t even enter Gerry Ficus’s mind until the day he laid eyes on 28-year-old Shelia Bryant, wife of one of his charges at the local police department. Gerry, a 40-year-old pillar of the Mound City community, a ranking officer with the local police department and a lay pastor at the First Methodist Church of Mound City, put away bad guys and counseled sinners every day. Within a matter of months, he became both.

Ficus, a U.S. Army hero at the age of 17, a police captain and one of five top officers in the city police force in only 15 years and a deacon, elder, counselor, men’s leader and one of only three lay pastors at his church, would be the most unlikely candidate to test God’s grace. However, a chance glimpse of the beautiful wife of one of his men puts everything Gerry has worked for and believed in rapidly to the test.

Can a relationship that started with lust of the eyes, became lust of the flesh and then lust of the heart, ever be made right? To what ends will Gerry go to surrender his beliefs and his very faith in the name of love? Unfaithfulness? Deceit? Murder? And will God ever take him back?

Cover- Up, the third installment in the Twin Tales series of faith-themed short stories, examines all of these questions and answers just where God will meet us and what we have to do to obtain His grace. The story was inspired by a true story from the Bible. The Twin Tales series of short stories attempts to present stories of faith that have double meanings. Every true Christian’s faith is constantly being tested, and we are all faced with deciding how we should interpret what we hear from God.
